Tommorrow is Father’s Day and if you’re like me, this particular holiday has never really ranked up there as one of my favorites. Matthew 28:6 says, ““He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.” This is Easter weekend and the time we pay special attention and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Death did not prevail. Satan did not win. The murderous hypocrisy of the ruling religious class did not triumph. Hallelujah! I know this is a busy weekend with family, special services, honoring the sacrament of communion and the time and effort that entails. I recently discovered this Easter Medley from Anthem Lights and I wanted to share it in honor of our risen Lord.
I’m a big fan of Anthem Lights. They are a very talented vocal group and they do a lot of great hymnal and worship work. The very first song I heard from them was “All is well” and they have been on my radar ever since. This video clip also features a very popular vocal group Selah. It’s super well done and I highly recommend you add it your spiritual play list for sure. Enjoy!
